Women's Protection Program
No woman should be an easy or vulnerable target. Our Women's Self-Defense program is designed for females ages 13 and older. The curriculum covers three critical areas: mental preparedness (identifying warning signals), physical techniques (quick and effective defense moves), and psychological readiness (developing a survival mindset). Classes are held monthly on Saturdays with customizable private group sessions available.
Led by Master Niki Hinton, who discovered the transformative power of martial arts after overcoming her own personal challenges, this program is designed to empower women and girls with the skills and confidence they need to navigate the world safely.
