About This Program
Our Adult Tang Soo Do program is designed for men and women of all fitness levels. Whether you are looking for stress relief, improved fitness, or practical self-defense skills, our program offers a complete mind-body workout. You will learn traditional Tang Soo Do techniques including strikes, blocks, kicks, and forms while building confidence and forming lifelong friendships.
Age is just a number at Karate USA. Whether you are 18 or 80, our adult program will challenge you to grow physically and mentally. Many of our adult students started with no martial arts experience and have gone on to earn their black belts. Along the way, they have formed lifelong friendships and discovered a passion they never knew they had.
Our self-defense curriculum teaches practical personal safety strategies, including situational awareness, de-escalation techniques, and physical defense skills. You will learn to protect yourself and your loved ones with confidence.
