Our Self-Defense program is designed for adults who want to learn practical protection skills. You will learn punches, kicks, blocks, weaving, tackles, and techniques for subduing assailants and handling multiple attackers. We emphasize situational awareness and escape strategies alongside physical techniques.

Our curriculum covers a wide range of practical skills including punches, kicks, blocks, weaving, tackles, subduing assailants, handling multiple attackers, and situational awareness. Classes are available on weekdays (Tuesday and Thursday) and weekends (Saturday) to fit your schedule.
